The Villa, located in a unique setting, among the monoliths shaped by the wind, “Villa Amira”, is a refined villa recently built with breathtaking sea views on the island of Caprera, immersed in Mediterranean vegetation and in a garden of 10,000 square meters.
It enjoys absolute privacy and relaxation, just a few minutes from the beaches of Poltu Quatu and just one minute from the Liscia di Vacca heliport, in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Smeralda.
The villa, built to the highest standards with fine furnishings and excellent finishes, is composed of a main body, containing a large living room which overlooks a spacious veranda with dining area, from which you can admire the enchanting sea view and for convivial evenings.
The professional kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with cooking island, cellar, double refrigerator, double oven and double induction hob. The villa has a second kitchen
The sleeping area, with sheets Master Raphael, houses a master suite with sea view and private terrace, a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with bunk bed and mountain view, both with private bathroom. The villa is completed by two double bedrooms and two independent annexes, all with private bathrooms.
The second wing of the villa, independent and with exclusive entrance, consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a suite with walk-in closet and a double bedroom, all with attached bathroom.
In the center of the property and overlooking the sea, there is an adult swimming pool made of granite Yellow St. James which also offers a children's pool, both heatable.

In the solarium you can enjoy an exclusive Jacuzzi heated.
The structure also has an outdoor fitness area, a modern Tecnogym exercise bike and a SPA, which boasts a Turkish bath, built in living rock with the EffegiBi system, a sauna in EffegiBi wood and a Jacuzzi Newbies
Villa Amira offers a housekeeping service from Monday to Saturday. maintenance of the swimming pool and solarium, as well as a gardener.
A large, well-kept garden surrounds the property making it an oasis of peace suspended between the shades of blue of the sky and sea and the palette of colors of nature Mediterranean area.
